We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that eveningwear and bespoke items may have specific restrictions.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Package
Place the item in its original packaging, including the dust bag and all authenticity cards provided.
Attach Label
Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off
Schedule a pickup or drop off the package at any authorized courier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
